hey! got my kayaking one star cert last sunday! now can go kayak liao! n rent kayaks. hahaz. hmmm...considering to go fer the 2-star course and take up sailing after the a-levels nxt yr. tt will be fun man!

the kayaking course was one hell of a good experience. other than getting a nicer colour on my shoulders, i learnt a hell lot of stuff. like the paddling strokes, and esp. rescue work which i tink is the most fun of it all. oh. capsize drill is fun too. imagine intentionally capsizing urself, then stay under water fer a while, n while underwater tap the kayak 3 times then exiting from the water. then get ur paddle n swim to the toggle, then raise ur paddle high up and shout fer help. hahaz...so lame yet so fun.

then sianz. got sea sick on sunday cuz i wasnt used to the BANDIT. it was kindda unsteady and kept on spinning off course but it was a rather good craft after i got used to it. but i still find it hard to paddle it straight. well...as the instructor said "more water time" yea...gotta go down to paddle one of these days. kayaking rox!
