hahaz... i have got no idea wad the hell happened to the previous entry. it was supposed to be in simplified chinese... and it turned out to be some rubbish tt even i couldnt read it. hahaz... maybe the characters have to be in traditional chinese. i duno...

toking abt chinese... yesterday had the first paper fer the CT (common test)... and it was chinese. sorta mugged fer it, and it turned out tt i dun have to study fer it at all. cuz it's so "outta the bk" yeah... the listening compre was crap... like some sec 1 listening compre liddat... tt was put quite nicely liao. jonathan said tt it was kindergarden standard. hahaz... and david was like laufing at it. hahaz... ask others... n they'll all sae the same... the Paper 2 was okay... xcept tt the multiple choices questions r more challenging. yar... n weird... first time chinese exam no compo one leh... hahaz... weird weird... but nevertheless, tt's a gd thing.

managed to skip SYF trng yesterday cuz i was sick. went to see a doctor fer my "headache" at serangoon ave 2... and i was tinking of getting a week's MC so tt i dun have to go fer the chao sian SYF trng. i juz dun like the 2pid doc... i will explain y...

hi everyone! i haven't been blogging fer wad seems to be eons... my apologies... its cuz of the upcoming common test, and tt i have been busy preparing for the PW interview with an acupuncturist over at raffles hospital. so... tt explains the delay.

anw... the interview was quite a success. except that the acupuncturist, Dr. jin, was like toking so cheam, tt gary, huimin and i went DUMBFOUNDED. tt r mani medical terms, and its in chinese summore. bleahx. i shant re-emphasize on the interview process. the thought of it juz makes mi feel weak all over. erm... y? cuz i dun understand their cheam chinese! hahaz... anw... its mainly the other doc., dr. wu... some acting director fer the clinic. yar... mainly it's him tt is speaking so cheam. but i found the whole interview process to be rather enriching. learnt about some 2 way effect. like for example, acupuncture can help to treat constipation. but on the other hand, it can oso be used to treat diarrhoea. n its using the same acupoint. i duno... i juz find tis knowledge so profound, so vast...erm... hahaz... wadeva lar... =)

yihui didnt come. cuz she's running a fever. yar... GET WELL SOON! =)

went to the gym tis morning. n after tt rushed to heartland mall to buy the "small token of appreciation" fer Dr. Jin Jin Hua. ferrero rocher. bleahx. juz realised 2dae tt there are so mani buses tt can go to heartland mall frm the gym. n to tink i have always waited fer 107! n i saw so mani buses past by mi 2dae... 82, 107, 113... n i can take them to the mall! arrrr.... shit! wasted so much time.

i gtg... 100% entertainment is starting in 30 mins time, and i m currently watch the old episodes of 100% entertainment on youtube. hahaz... my new found source of entertainment... *eyes sparkles*

yo! wassup! juz came back frm johore a few hrs ago. a day's trip there to eat seafood. yeah... some might ask: "why do you always go to johore? dun u have a life and go somewhere further?" the truth is, poor blokes like mi can't afford a trip to anoy where further. anywhere further would mean that i have to swim a lot longer juz to reach there. n yes... i swim to johore. SWIM! but i do get past the immigration checkpoints to get my passport checked. yea... i dun wanna be an illegal immigrant when i m on a holiday. guess wad? a day's trip there n i watched 2 new movies oredi. watched RV (runaway vacation) yesterday and fast and furious: tokyo drift. a little intro abt the 2 movies. RV was simply hilarious and sort of "educating" as wad my mum proclaimed. yeah... probably abt family luv and etc. but i juz found it more of a comedy. hahaz... its about tis family of 4, how stressed out the dad is, and how "rebellious" his children were at first, and how they changed when they were juz kids, to the present teenagers. yup... nice show... farni. catch it. 2dae... watch the fast and furious. nice movie... nice stunts. u couldnt have imagined how the hell the idiotic stuntmen did all tt stuff with the wheel. its wayyyy cool dude. watched the 2nd series of the fast and furious series, and found tt the 3rd in (tokyo drift) had more of a plot in it, although it still lacks it. well... its a racing muvee rmb? so expect more action, less romance and talk. its more mafia, traid boses, and racing. yar... so catch it onli if u luv racing. my sis and mom, and dad, didnt like it. onli my bro n i were more enthusiastic abt it. but i betcha... watch tt car DRIFT.

went fer shopping as well. sad. i like tis brown t-shit wif a SKULL on it. but my dad wasnt for it... said tt it was SATANIC. dots. c'mon... i m pure at heart ya? wanted another design... another t-shirt. a white one. it was a M, a little tight and short. so means i didnt fit well in it. dots. nice t-shirt but dun have stock fer large. sianz... so ended up buying another t-shirt frm SODA jeans (another shop)

not realli actually... came across tis absolutely hilarious episode of 娱乐百分百 (pronounced yu le bai fen bai), dated 5th june, n its damn damn farni. 3 guys, "proposing" to jolin tsai, and xiao zhu (luo zhi xiang) is one of them. n the way he does it is so hilarious. i have nothing to sae, xcept to bow down to him and ask him where he got all his weird ideas of proposing from... dots. he's too gd a host fer a show lar. he nvr fails to like lighten up the mood fer the show lar. haiz... my new idol. n i find tt xiao S quite chio... n jolin's not bad too. cough cough...

title: world cup fever!

tis is probably the first time i m watching the WORLD CUP in my life. yar... n i juz blasts mi off! the starting match... germany vs. costal rica... juz 12 mins + and both sides scored a goal each. wad a way to start the world cup off! sadly, tt's where i left off on friday cuz i have to wake up early fer SYF training. so means i onli watched 12 mins + of the game. diaoz... heard tt another goal was scored at the 17th min, juz 5 mins later... haiz... could have seen tt goal, but sadly, i turned in oredi. =(

SYF training juz sux. broke the flagpole cuz of some 2pid reason tt i m not going to sae to maluate myself. but later kena suan-ed by the cadet inspector fer tt. haiz... n tt idiot @ the mike hu gives the commands in front of the parade square was like having PMS the whole day long... shouting n screaming and BARKING at the mike fer the entire training. made us sit ard under the blazing hot sun fer like an hr without making us do anything. trying to give us SKIN CANCER izit? he was like kip on scolding those nCC n NPCC ppl. then was like saying SAJC sux or sthg. ok... wadeva... to hell wif tt guy! n 2dae's training onli had 55 ppl. tt's like half of the full contigent of 108 students fer our skl. diaoz. now having some sortta red hot tan on my face and arms. yar... its red. RED! n the back of my neck is like chao tar (means charred) like some black black colour liddat... zzzzz...

anw... got home and slept fer a long time. after dinner n watching TV until liek 11. then went to slp again. oh... watched the match england vs. paraguay... missed the part where england scored. the rest of the match was like pretty boring. but its hilarious tt peter crouch like kip fouling or sthg. anw... he's like the most catch attention one lar. n alvin's rite... tis guy is a idiot. hahaz...anw... mean no offence to tis guy's fans.

heyo! it was indeed a vibrant day for me. although it has been a wet day, and a gloomy one, i m feeling the direct opposite of the weather. guess wad! i have been out 2dae! and i had so much fun! woohooo!

morning: gotta bring my dear brother to skl, cuz he's still small boy u noe... =) prepared all my necessary stuff fer gym later in the morning: gloves, towel, spare change of clothes... set off wif my handy brolly to conquer to rain. yes... its raining cats and dogs. n my brother was complaing of the rain water tt's getting into his shoe... saying tt its cold. hahaz... yar... wet socks n shoes r definitely not comfortable and the feet will STINK later on. hahaz...

brought him to maris stella, then rushed back to the bus-stop near home to meet WL, my best-fren frm SAS... tok abt JC life... then poly life oso. realised tt he's some student leader, student ambassador, and in rugby too. yar... sound like he's some power-hungry, super-enthusistic student. yes... tt's wad i thot too, until he told mi tt being a student leader and student ambassador is juz a figure head. u dun have to do anything or go through any interviews, leadership training camps or wadeva... u juz need to pass up a form, stating tt u r willing to be a student leader and ambassador, and there u go! u r NOW AN OFFICIAL STUDENT LEADER-CUM-AMBASSADOR! =.= without any qualms by any teachers.

yar... tt's how cool poly life is. heard frm him tt their common test is juz 2 qns... 1 hr and a half... juz need to draw a human heart. n WL told mi tt he finished the paper in 10 mins. =.= n i went "wad the hell". then he told mi abt tis teacher in ngee ann poly tt told his class tt he nid to end class early cuz his son wants to catch poisedon n he has to bring him there! dots. is tt even a skl? XD

reached the gym finally. did some warmup, stretching, then work-out till abt 11. signed off and proceeded to dhoby ghaut, plaza singapura fer lunch. MIXED RICE! MY FAVOURITE! the most satisfying meal a poor man like mi can ever wish fer! oh... forgot to mention tis... WL told mi tt there's sthg abt xavier after the credits in X-MEN III: the last stand. yup... tis is juz fer those hu havent catch the muvee to noe... and those hu missed it to grumble and curse and swear! ^-^ i missed it too myself. hahaz...

walked to paradiz centre fer pools. here's the highlight. we played 10 games. and i was COMPLETELY THRASHED! 7 GAMES TO 3 GAMES! dots. its always that close. yar... so close to victory... juz so close... and i could save some face fer myself. haiz... sadly... lady luck was never on my side fer the entire 2 hrs? its always either i shot in the black ball, but the white cueball went in wif it too. so tt's considered a loss. on another case, which happens the most frequently, both of us r competing to get the last black cueball in, but its him tt got it in first. like wad i said... lady luck was not on my side. on yet another occasion... he juz completely thrashed mi. yar... but, on the whole, tis is DEFINITELY the most satisfying game of pool tt i have ever played. its true. so thx WL the pool champion/pro/god/wadeva... go earn a living wif ur skills lar... =)

proceeded to meet mrtoot at sim lim square at 2.30pm. its drizzling. the day was still wet n gloomy, but once again, to emphasize, my mood is the complete opposite of it. its rare to meet ur close frens u noe... ;)

he's late. yar... mrtoot's late. cuz his council camp juz ended. n he rushed home frm changi adventure camp and then to sim lim square to meet us. i muz applaud him fer his efforts. anw... its him hu wans to buy his game. so... hahaz...

WL n i went ard Sim lim to find his xbox game: rugby '06 but seems tt its not on the shelves yet. hahaz...

mrtoot joined us shortly after, looking extremely shag and worn-out, and sweaty n all. went ard 5th floor, to find his game: city life. found it, bought it and we went to BK fer a drink.

taro turnover sux! (its juz another fanciful name fer yam pie) firstly, its ex. $1.30 fer its size. i would rather buy macs' APPLE PIE! secondly, its fillins r so piping hot tt it scalded my tongue! damn the pie! damn the yam fer being so hot. hahaz... its lame anw...

anw... sat ard BK fer a while, while mrtoot ate his meal. ok... its a guys' talk, so i m sure u ppl wouldnt wanna noe its contents. its unglam ok? yar... but it primarily started wif mrtoot... him being such a cassanova n having so mani girlfrens. n he said the girl rubbed apple on his cheek n stuff... so i gave a twist to the story, n made fun of it... tt's all. n sthg abt him smacking some girl's thighs. ok... i have no idea y he has a nid to do tt... but well... a cassanova is a cassanova. a leopard can't change its spots, and the same goes fer tis flirtous creature. oops... offensive word. but nvm lar... mrtoot's identity will be kept a secret. mrtoot is mrtoot... hu noes hu is mrtoot? n WL was so jealous abt sabree, and he regretted going to poly and not going to SR. hahaz.

anw... went home after tt. met iven on the bus on the way home, n heard tt he nearly got kicked outta council? wad the hell is going on? he didnt tell mi wad happened, so i decided not to probe since he was looking so depressed.

argh.... life's boring. can't do anything xcept trying to study fer my common test. i m realli worried abt my bio esp. cuz a score of 17/50 fer a multiple choice qn test proves tt i have lots to catch up. yeah...

world cup's tmr... i tink... n ppl r going crazy over it! hahaz... but i m not the type tt goes all hyped up over soccer. in fact... i dun watch or play the sport. yeah... i m a weird guy... heard some farni/corni news 2dae... it said tt during the world cup season, the cases of heart attacks r the highest. diaoz... hahaz... yar... i noe tt kinda feeling... hahaz... all excited... but tt's besides the pt... i duno wad's so farni abt it... i duno... i juz laufed when i heard the news.

nothing realli happened 2dae. juz tt i didnt go fer OG outing 2dae. yar... there's OG17 outing @ east coast 2dae. but heard tt they juz slacked. but 10 of them went. well... i had sthg on... had to go back to skl... and the major reason is tt my daddy has barred mi frm going out. diaoz. i juz hate it when he asks mi abt my work. juz simply HATE it. "JH... did u study?", "can u cope wif work if u go out often?" arhhh! tt's juz so frustrating. yeah i noe... its parental concern. but can't u see the problem here... a 17 yr old hu has been deprived of going out wif frens fer 16 years (xcept a few occasions) juz wished to breakaway frm all tt "stay at home all day long" hols! sometimes i juz find parents dun understand us children... and i juz dun understand parents.

something more personal here: sometimes i realli find my dad veri FAN. cuz all he does is to care abt my studies. anything aside is secondary. he juz simply dun let mi play com. n i m deprived of a playstation, xbox... blah blah all those gadgets. i bought my ipod using my own savings. i upgraded my com using my own savings. he doesnt allow mi to get a laptop. he bars mi frm going out. makes alot of noise when i goes out. dun let mi watch television fer more than an hr a day. hates it when i watch hong kong TVB series...

i mean... i DUN HAVE A LIFE! i dun like to do things behind my parents back. but wif my dad holding on to mi so tightly... there's hardly anything tt i can do without doing it behind his back. haiz... my sad life... r all parents liddat? or izit juz mine?

went thru some marching... blah blah blah till abt. 6.30 and waited fer the bus till abt 7! haiz... reached home @ 8! sianz... wasted some much time travelling and waiting and stuff... wad a way to spend my day... +_+

i gotta realli realli plan my time properly. over one week of my hols r gone! n common test's coming reali soon. perservere on JH and MUGGGGG!!!!! (but muz leave time to go out and play oso... hahaz)

been down to suntec PC show fer the past 2 days... n i bought a laser printer! =) but its black and white lar... cannot afford the colour one... hahaz... and i onli use black and white most of the time. n i realli luv my new printer... =)

i duno y, but i juz can't study in the morning... its so unproductive... it juz feels weird. onli after dinner @ night can i realli concentrate on my studies. and its onli @ night can i realli focus and all. =.= so fer the past few days, onli study @ night. hahaz... n green tea realli helped to keep mi awake. oh no... not those can or bottled ones by POKKA or YEO's, but those green tea leaves in tea bags. healthy! and helps to keep mi alert and awake, and productive! yay! green tea rox! dun believe mi? try it! and i read tt green tea has mani medicinal values (?) such as it is an anti-oxidant, prevents cancer, and it increases metabolic rate (hence burn more fats!)

the blisters on my fingers r getting better now. but i peeled off the skin fer the blister on my left index finger. and its freaking hurting now. and i can't close my hands. dots. tt feeling sux.

anyways... its freaking fast. one week of holidays have oredi past. 3 more weeks to the start of the common test. diaoz. n to tink there r still so mani SYF trainings coming up... diaoz....

monday, 29th may 2006

a reluctant heart torn between home and friends. for one, i realli can't bear to leave my comfy bed fer the camp... and yet on the other hand, i imagined all the fun i could get frm the camp... cheers, new friendships forged. all these are somethings tt i had basically in mind. the last camp tt i went fer was in sec 1 (yes... tt's so century to mani out there... and i pon the sec 3 outward bound camp =) ) the main difference between now and then was tt when i was actually there, i wasn't present wif a burdened heart, unlike in secondary one. perhaps... i have grown more mature, n perhaps i have the company of friends, or it could be tt it's onli a 2 days one night camp. well... i m not sure abt though.

camp started @ LT3, wif the introduction of our various camp groupings and our group leaders, and then sending us off to our bunks to put down our bags. then we had to rush to the bball court fer a series of icebreakers. some 2pid balloon game where we had to tie a balloon to our right ankles and then running around, to burst others' balloons. then there was tug of war... the JC1 vs JC1 round... my grp won... but the JC1 guys vs. JC2 guys round, i had to admit tt the JC1 guys suffered a crushing defeat. imagine 4 JC1 guys up against abt. 10 JC2 guys! ridiculous! n wad's worse is tt i suffered 2 big BLISTERS on my left and right hand, the right index finger being the worse. n imagine tt i had to carry on wif the camp wif the blisters fer the nxt 2 days! (n the camp juz started...=.=)

the day juz flew past like magic, n the main highlight was the mentor's night, where i had to put up a skit fer the J1 and J2 mentors and 2 teachers. oh... i forgot to mention my grp! diaoz... anw... my grp is voicilia, my grp leader is darryl (veri nice person and some more he was frm 2004 batch 4SA and is a 12 years saint!) yeah... n my grp members: jasmine, fadilah, audrey and yan shan. anw... back to mentors' night. david, zhang yun and i were so scared tt the teachers will scold us fer selecting mrbrown's shows fer our skit. cuz its so political and it has hokkien vulgarities in them? anw... i chose the bah cho mee one n the no more birds one. i hope the audience enjoyed it. i tink they did, cuz they laughed? anw... i tink we've done quite well, despite onli starting rehearsing at the eleventh hour and onli havin 3 outta 5 of our mentors' night group present.

mentors' night's followed by night trail, then supper then debriefing. by right, i shld be able to turn in @ 12+, but david can't sleep, so i followed him to the track. n saw mani couples around there, either star gazing or sleeping. n it juz look so wrong: david and i, 2 GUYS, walking on the track STAR GAZING?! when the rest hu r star gazing are like a guy and girl? dots. well... anw... chatted wif david till nearly 2 b4 going back to the bunk. n i slept on the tables, n using my sleeping bag as a pillow.... zzzzzzz

jeslin's bdae 2dae. mi n david wished her happi bdae @ 12am thru david's remarkable N80. anw... woke up @ 7.30am. wow... tt's pretty late fer a camp! but tt's wad i luv abt the camp! =) a camp tt dun seem like a camp! hahaz... captain's ball first. horrible game. guys arent supposed to score! and we have to call out the person's name tt we're passing the ball to. n i was so damn bad @ tt... (i m realli poor at names) nxt breakfast... peanut butter, kaya, jam, cho. spread... a range to choose frm... and a cup of milo. i juz ate peanut butter, den went to the snack shop beside popular to smuggle a tuna sandwich! hehe... tuna sandwich + cup of hot milo = heavenly match! =)

mind games... pretty fun but short. solved a series of puzzles wif my grp. and oh... i 4got to tell ya tt i brought in OG17's trademark cheer the "bak kwa" cheer into the camp! n its tis cheer tt "bought" us so much marks fer cheering! =) rock on OG17!

nxt... amazing race down at orchard. ran around orchard like as if i m searching fer sthg... practically covered every corner of orchard. hahaz... (juz joking) went frm heeren to taka to fort canning to pacific plaza to killiney post office.... hahaz... didnt complete the amazing race cuz my grp leader darryl told us to take 132 to tanglin mall, but we went the wrong direction... diaoz... n its getting late, so we went back to skl instead. hahaz... its the most enjoyable @ heeren... took neoprints wif my grp members, wif the intention of making our station masters lauf. (yes... its part of our task). wad could be easier than making others lauf? hahaz... juz act gay and i promise u tt they will lauf. tt's wad we did! pretend to like kiss darryl. n there u go... 2 happy and laufing station masters! hahaz...

went back to skl. changed. got our bags and went to LT3 fer debriefing. voicilia got best in staion games! yay! hahaz... we rock! got prizes leh! 3 timeout bars fer each member! hahaz...
