HSA juz msg mi tt they're in need of grp A blood. ok on tmr go donate. mebe ask my mum whether she wans to go too.
2dae went running wanted 10km but...haha...lousy la...half way tired liao. then went toa payoh wif jason to swim... actually more like get into the sun...end up getting sun burnt now. jialat in hol mood liao...cannot cannot... muz be focused and disciplined. haha.
